CEREALS 2026
🚜Hosted at Clarkson Farm, AerWorx had the chance to swing by before a quick turnaround to get to RWAS Grassland Event at the end of the same week!
The event was hosted by Diddly Squat for the first time and despite challenging weather and ground conditions, the team pulled off a great show.
🪱A highlight was the NIAB soil pit, highlighting the challenge of Cotswold soils. Stoney. A soil cap of approximately 40cm sitting on what looked like the cross section of a dry stone wall. As we walked the show avenues, grass cover was punctuated with large cotswold stones. The rains had created muddy conditions but thankfully dried out under the gift of a sunny, breezy day.
There will no doubt be compaction issues to address after the show but with all of those stones, we would highly recommend the use of the tough AerWorx. With its notoriously tough blades, they would splice, self sharpen and press the stone in rather than be left with lifted stones and blunt blades/legs!
Oh...and we think that they were filming Series 6 of Clarkson's Farm!📹
Good to catch up with customers, agronomists, friends and industry colleagues. Until next year!
