☀️When a day feels extraordinary for so many reasons.
An invite to the North East Cotswolds Farm Cluster trade fair was one not to be missed. Hosted at the picturesque location and hospitable team @realfarmed we displayed the A336 alongside visuals to show the benefits of alleviating compaction using the slot and shatter effect of Aerworx.
Incredible talks were presented throughout the day but with a feeling that something really big was unfolding around us…. Industry issues were raised but refreshing tangible solutions offered up by the inspiring keynote speaker, Minette Batters. A national collaboration between cluster groups were recognised as a vital step in the next farming chapter as well as soil health benchmarking in order to form a baseline for plans.
Funding and recent gov policy updates, with a light shone on the Evenlode Landscape Recovery Project, were discussed with clear emphasis that the industry needed to design its own sustainable path.
We had fascinating and insightful conversations on the stand with many at the sharp end of this energised regenerative transition- many of whom we hope to work with in the future as our soil goals align and restoration of national soil health a shared ambition.
Thank you to all who ventured outside to see us as we endured four seasons in one day! Thank goodness for the FarmEd brownies!
Thank you to Caroline Greenwood and Sarah Gordon - Jones for all their fantastic organisational skills and for making us all feel so welcome! And to @pjm.agri.ltd for helping us on the stand!
