< Back AerWorx features on Regen Documentary in Estonia! 🇪🇪 REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE IN ENGLAND on Estonian TV! We recently had the privilege of taking part in an Estonian documentary (Osoon, ETV) showcasing regenerative agriculture in England. Filmed in Yorkshire, Don Catchment River Trust invited us to get in front of the cameras to demonstrate the benefits of the Aerworx aerator. They had already bought the Aerworx A336T through an EA fund earlier in the year, on behalf of the Dearne Valley Farmers. As Rachel Walker of DCRT explained, they had recognised that in order to improve the water quality in their rivers, that they needed to improve soil health of adjacent land. By alleviating compaction using the “slot and shatter“ effect of Aerworx, soil infiltration rates improved, slowing the flow and reducing run off in to the rivers. The cluster group, the Dearne Valley Farmers, headed up by Kate Fox, all now have access to the Aerworx, sharing the widespread benefits across the catchment. Thanks not only to DCRT, but to Richard Hampshire, 10th generation farmer for hosting us, in this spectacular setting and to Kristo & crew of ETV for guiding us through the filming! We met so many new engaging customers too - the level of knowledge about soil health shared by our Groundswell visitors was humbling and inspiring. < Back Aerworx goes arable! 🌾 Last month, on a farm in Hereford, the Aerworx aerator was put to the test on compacted clay stubble field. 🌾 Infiltration rate control ( under the hedge) was 28 seconds. PRE AERATION across the field in several spots, the infiltration rates were beyond 45 minutes ( we gave up).
